After my regular mechanic told me, very snippily, that he was too busy to service my car, I stopped in here in the middle of a busy Friday afternoon. The hood of my car was stuck shut, and I was out of windshield wiper fluid- a dangerous situation in the Ohio winter. I waited about 5 minutes before a friendly tech came out and solved my problem, and I wasn't charged a dime. It took about 30 seconds to fix. Since then I've made it a habit to have my car serviced here and I've never been dissapointed. They're fast, they're affordable, and the folk who work there actually seem to enjoy their work- a rare find these days.
